Climate Change: Threat to Biodiversity

The world is slowly deteriorating, when we will value it?

Ever since the Earth was created, it is going through many changes simultaneously and this leads to climate change. Human and wildlife animals face new challenges for survival because of climate change. To jot down some notable changes, our planet is now experiencing extreme droughts, changing of precipitation patterns such as sudden rainfalls and snowfalls and the continuously rising of temperature. And because of these such changes, it has caused so much impact on us that sometimes we do not know what are the consequences of our world will face if these changes will still continues.

 

As days, months and years passed, as the Earth’s evolution has taken place, humans are continually using our nature for their benefits only. Humans are also gradually becoming aggressive and abusive to the place where they live in. Yes, human activities are one of the main causes and reasons why we are experiencing global warming and intense climate change. Simply, by burning fossil fuels, pollutants from industrial factories and cutting down trees adds enormous amounts of greenhouse gases results to global warming. And because of the overconsumption of resources, they are no longer aware that our world is being destroyed by these evil people. Or what now, will we just let this happen? We need to make a way. But how? How can we bring back the world that we once destroyed?

 

We can fight climate change and global warming if we have enough knowledge and having awareness of what is happening around us. People must have self-discipline and be responsible in using natural resources. I, you, we can create and raise awareness on global warming and climate change by conducting campaigns that promote ways on how we can reduce and prevent these. Planting enough trees in exchange for the ones we cut down before can help stop climate change. Another way is recycling. By using recycled materials  to make new products helps reduce greenhouse gases. And also the most important thing to do is to avoid the overconsumption of natural resources  and be responsible in using them.

Our actions throughout the world with a more prudent care for the environment can save our world from drowning and make it as a better place to live in. I know that this is not the end, we human can still change. If we humans once destroyed our environment, we too can bring it back to its former state. Take care of our mother Earth, because I believe that the place where we live in is not just only a mere environment, but it is a very beautiful paradise that will never be forgotten.
